Here is a 1930 Ford Roadster that was modified from a soft top sports coupe. This car is all steel and it runs, stops, steers and drives fine. The frame is stock 1930 Model A. The doors open and close and I have installed new mini bear claw latches that click shut. I can keep up with freeway traffic without a problem. Stock 1950 Ford Flathead with Edelbrock heads. 94 Ford Carburetor Re pop 32 Grill shell Transmission is a Ford three speed top loader. Rear end is a 1949-1951 rear. Rear tube shocks New tires (500 miles)Firestone 820x16 and 550x16 with new tubes. Mounted to beige color powder coated wheels with new 1947 Mercury hubcaps and ribbed beauty rings. Front axle is a 4 inch drop, with a reversed eye spring. Front and rear running lights work 1940 Ford brakes. Steering box is from a 1948 F-1 and has been completely rebuilt. Rebuilt generator. After market 1940 Ford steering wheel. Dash is a sectioned (2.5 inches) 1932 Ford. Original Stewart Warner gauge cluster with a variety of SW gauges. The temp gauges are the only gauges that are hooked up, the rest are really just for mock-up purposes. The seat is handmade, but comfortable. Duvall style windshield, steel with a clear coat. Radiator is new. New fuel tank with a new Stewart Warner sending unit and is sealed with tank sealer from Eastwood (holds 13 gal). It has a clear CA title and the 1930 plates are registered to the car. No DMV hassles! No cancer just the patina on the interior, just get in and go.
