I am the 3rd owner of this TR6. It was my daily driver from about 1979 until 1986 and always garaged during that time. It was put into storage in 1986, when I was transferred and remained there until now. It was tuned this past spring and the battery and fluids were replaced. The car runs great. The hardtop headliner has some tears and is currently missing the mounting hardware and a piece of trim. The soft top is canvas with a zippable rear window and is faded, but in good shape. The soft top frame has a broken bracket above the window on the passenger side. The vinyl dash is cracked and the wood veneer on the dash is showing its age. The tonneau cover and boot cover are in good shape. The transmission shifts smoothly and the brakes work. The car is equipped with overdrive in 3rd and 4th gear. The glass is in good shape. The frame and floors are solid as are the mechanical and structural parts. The paint is faded, but with a couple coats of wax should shine up nicely. The car can be driven or restored with a little TLC. The car will be sold AS IS with no warranty expressed or implied. Buyer will be responsible for all moving, shipping, and storage fees.
