2005 Ford E-450 with 6.0 intercooled Turbo diesel with tons of power. 12 foot flatbed Ex Medtec Government Ambulance so all maintanence done like all injectors, fuel pump, cat converter, water pump, belts, hoses, fluids changed. All Ford Motorcraft. I checked the injectors, compression and ran a oil sample everything checked out perfect. No check lights on dash no codes thrown. This is the best running 6.0 I found its just like brand new. 130,201 miles This truck has new batteries, LED Brake/tail lights, trailer mirrors, class 5 hitch, cloth interior with bucket seats, chrome wheel inserts, frame bedliner coated, heavy duty sway bars, 55 gallon tank, diamond plate truck/battery box, twin alternator, 5 speed Automatic with overdrive transmission, power windows, cruise, tilt, power locks, and a whole lot more. This is a heavy duty truck and ready to go to work. This truck will drive anywhere. It runs and drives flawless. This truck has really been maintained nicely and looks great. No wrecks and the body looks great. Has holes in front of fenders for ambulance lights and chrome grille has some peeling. Tires all match and have decent tread. There is NO radio installed but a factory radio is inexpensive and easy to install. This vehicle is available for inspection and a possible test drive. First the cab cover is a custom steel 1 1/2" cab cover which means if the driver or passenger is taller than 6' 0" the seats may not go back far enough to reach a comfortable position without the seat hitting the cab back first. Im almost 6 feet tall and I can drive this vehicle comfortably. There is a website www.cabback.com which has the 4" cab back which would allow the extra room for the tallest of drivers for the seat to fully adjust. Both my cab back and the cab back from cabback.com just bolt into place using the factory holes. Again if your not really tall this vehicle should be comfortable the way it is. Second the power mirrors do not work, I simply adjust them from outside the vehicle. I never looked into fixing the mirrors as its not a issue for me could be a fuse. Everything else works great on the vehicle I would not hesitate driving it cross country.
