This Suburban is in very good condition compared to vehicles of similar year and mileage. As you can see by the pictures, unlike most leather interiors, the seats have no tears and still look good. The engine runs great, quiet and starts immediately. It has been recently gone through by our local GM dealer, and we have spent $2,000, in service, there were new seals for the intake manifold, a new water pump, fuel pump and transmission cooler. A new transmission was installed by a GM dealer at 125k miles $3,000. The brakes have less then 4k miles on them. The 4 wheel drive is push button and works well, we primarily use the vehicle for snow now and it does very well. The tires (33's) still have pretty good tread, but do have some minor cupping. The car has a towing setup and the factory roof rack. All of the glass is in perfect condition, including windshield, no cracks or chips. Everything on the vehicle works with the exception of the air conditioner. We do not live in a climate where it is a necessity, so we have not had it serviced. There is a small split in the dash, a wear in the 3rd row floorboard carpet and a small impression in the rear passenger door all of these have been pictured. The registration is currently expired, we only use it for snow and are not going to use it this year, we are moving. We do hold the clear title.
