The vehicle was sold to us having light fresh water damage. The water appears to have gotten up to the bottom of the seat cushions. We pulled the carpet and padding below it, steamed cleaned them, and allowed them to dry for several days in the sun, we then re-installed the interior. We checked all of the fluids for water contamination, there was none found. We did replace the airbag control module that was shortened out from the water. The vehicle runs and drives excellent with no issues found in the engine, transmission, suspension and/or cooling. The vehicle was very well kept and there are no musty odors from the water. About The Title Michigan rebuilt salvage titles are processed just like a clear title in most states. It can usually be transferred and plated to any buyer in any state or country with no further inspections. If you plan on driving this vehicle a long time, not immediately reselling it, you will certainly save many thousand of dollars over a clear title vehicle.
