Vehicle Detail
FUZZY DICE AUTOS Has up for auction a simply gorgeous 1976 Cadillac Eldorado convertible! This is a "one owner" completely restored beauty with only 63,493 original documented miles. The car was bought brand new in 76 as a birthday gift for his wife. A local dealer in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Then in 1999 it was completely restored from top to bottom. The car looks and preforms just as it did when rolling off the assembly line in February of 1976. The car was transported to their winter home in Florida where it was only used for pleasure rides and carshows. The car was always kept in a garage and regularly maintained. Lets start with the exterior... The body is in all around excellent condition. No blemishes anywhere. The original color "Calumet Cream" paint is exceptional. The body panels and the fits are near perfect. The same can be said for the glass, wheel covers, chrome and tires. The convertible power top is in "brand new" condition and goes up and down with ease. The car comes with the original perfect condition parade boot and protective covers, a soft convertible top boot, rubber trunk mat and a fitted Cadillac car cover. This car was never in an accident. The under carriage and frame are solid and rust free. (Photos of the under carriage are available upon request) The interior is equally as amazing. The original cream color upholstery is pretty much perfect. The dash, carpeting, door panels and Cadillac floor mats are all blemish free. All the gauges and electronics work to perfection. The A/C blows cold on all speeds. The car is optioned with an automatic truck closure that also works perfectly. The original numbers matching motor and transmission preform like new. The car runs quiet, strong, straight and stops on a dime. She has every available option offered in 1976. 1976 was the last of the Cadillac convertible produced. This makes the 76 a very desireable collector car. Most surviving are either project cars or cars in need of restoration. This beauty is in excellent condition through-out. None nicer anywhere. This car can be driven across country or saved for parades, carshows and cruise nights. Unlike most classic car dealers who photograph their cars in professionally lighted studios or on Hollywood driveways, we at Fuzzy Dice shoot our pictures on our lot using only natural lighting. So what you see is what you get.... We expect a large amount of interest in this car and are prepared to field any questions you might have. We are selling this car for the surviving wife who is no longer able to drive. So she wants her baby to go to someone who will enjoy her as much as she did. BEST OF LUCK BIDDING!!
