Vehicle Detail

Garage kept, good condition, runs excellent,116,849 miles,B20F I-4 engine, manual 4-speed transmission with Laylock overdrive(electric overdrive). Transmission shifts flawlessy as does the electric overdrive. All the window glass is in great shape. The headliner is in near perfect condition. The black leather interior is all original and in great shape. The rear differential runs very smooth and silent. No coolant leaks. The body is not missing any chrome and the chrome is in excellent condition. The original Bosch distribitor has been professionally rebuilt to brand new factory condition just 40 miles ago. Other parts replaced 40 miles ago include new points, condensor, cap, rotor, ignition coil,Bosch spark plug wires, spark plugs, fuel filter, one fuel injector, fuel injector o-ring kit, fuel injection rubber gas lines, gas tank flushed, radiator flushed and repaired, all brake lines flushed, brake reservoir cleaned, six brake lines replaced, four fully rebuilt factory Girling brake calipers, new brake master cylinder, new rear brake rotors, front brake rotors lathed, front and rear brake pads, front and rear brake hardware, wiper blade refills,a few vacuum hoses, The fuel pump was replaced with a new Bosch fuel pump exactly like the factory unit. The fuel pump was relpaced about two years ago and has very low miles on it. I have all the receipts for these new and rebuilt parts and would be happy to show them to anyone. The freon leaked out inside the car while I was driving it and running the air conditioning. So it is just a leak that can be repaired inside the car then recharged. The air conditioning compressor under the hood is still good. The brake booster needs a rebuild. The best quote I got to rebuild the brake booster was $150.00-$175.00. Minor parts that could be fixed are the throttle cable, heater valve, driverside headlamp, clock, cold start choke. The parking brake works fine but could use a new pair of shoes. Rear differential seal has a very slow leak. The Pioneer CD player is a six disc multiplay type and is mounted in the trunk. The Pioneer am/fm radio works great but the disc player audio is slient while the disc is spinning. The body of the car is in good condition but has some rust. There are a few rust bubbles on the top of the front fenders. Some rust bubbles on the bottom of the doors and the panel below the doors. Underneath the left rear passenger side floorboard are two holes about two inches across. Rear fenders have a few rust bubbles at the very outside fender. The panel under the rear bumper has rusted and has some holes. Trunk area is ok. Pictures can be sent to your e-mail of the rusted portions on the body. In the year of 1972,Volvo only produced 3,070 of these Sport Wagons. If you have more questions send them in an e-mail. More pictures can be taken upon request. Please come test drive this car if your interested in purchasing it. I am selling the car to help pay for a room addition to my house. I have the original Volvo rims.
