DESCRIPTION This auction is for a 1999 Mercury Cougar equipped with the 2.0 liter "Zetec" DOHC 4 cyl. with 5 Speed Manual Transmission. Exterior is Dark Tourmaline Green Metallic with Charcoal cloth interior. It is equipped with Power Disc Brakes, Power Steering, Tilt Wheel, Dual Airbags, Power Mirrors, Power Windows, Air Conditioning, Rear Defroster, Remote Trunk Release, Rear Spoiler, Alloy Wheels, Keyless Entry Alarm, Pioneer CD Player with 6X8 Pioneer 4 Way Speakers in front doors and 6X8 Infinity Kappa Speakers out back. Body is in good condition with some scratches and dings typical for a car of this age. Interior is in excellent condition with normal wear. Has 160k highway miles and I am the 2nd owner. This car runs excellent and drives very smooth. Starts up everytime and transmission shifts effortlessly. Clutch is nice and tight as well. This car gets excellent fuel economy and is fun to drive. I have averaged 28MPG around town and up to 36MPG highway. This car was well maintained and has plenty of more miles to go. These engines are known to last well beyond 200,000 miles with routine maintenence.
