This is a 1964 Chevelle Malibu 2dr hardtop. The Fisher body tag on the car shows it to be a Malibu with a 5637 number but I was given a tag with the car when I bought it that I was told came off of it. This tag that goes on the doorpost shows it to be a SS with a 5837 number. So I can't really say what it is. The car has NO TITLE, The body is in very restorable condition. The quarter panels will need to be replaced, one whole one and one part one. The fenders doors and rockers are in good condition with little body work needed. There is a small rust hole in the passenger side of the trunk and small amount of rot on the outside left of the trunk. There are no other rust holes in the car. The floorboards are very solid, on top and underneath. All glass is good, the drivers side door glass is out but laying in the back floorboard. There is alot of surface rust on the car but no more holes, none, even around the windshield and the back window. The interior is missing the door panels, the seats are good but not original. The headliner is there but needs work and will need carpet. Have lots of chrome, I'm not sure if all of its there but there is alot. NO MOTOR OR TRANSMISSION.
