We are selling our 2000 Mercedes E320 4Matic Wagon. It has been maintained by Phillips Mercedes in Virginia Beach and we have all the records. I have a stack of dealership maintenance records (see picture below.) In the last few years the following was replaced: tires, lug nuts, horns, and battery. Other than those items it has been fairly trouble free with only regular maintenance needed. I'm no mechanic so when the dealership says something should be replaced or repaired, I get it done so there is no deferred maintenance here. This car is very safe with 6 airbags including side airbags and curtain airbags. Last week the rear passenger window stopped working and has not been fixed yet. The window is in the up position but will not roll down. This is probably one of the most reliable and economical vehicles on the road today. Where else can you get 7-passenger seating, 27 MPG highway, all-wheel drive, and the luxury and comfort of a Mercedes Benz. We also had a hidden 1 1/4 tow hitch installed under the rear bumper. We used this for a Yakima bike rack but you could also use it to tow a small trailer if you wanted to.
