1937 Oldsmobile 4 door Sedan. This car was amazingly solid when I found it. An 80 yr old man had already restored one of these cars and started taking this one apart. He bagged and tagged everything, but decided he was too old to go through the process again. I bought the car and put everything back original. The odometer shows 78,000 miles. I can not prove it but believe it is right. It has a 6 cyl flat head engine. I did not rebuild the engine, I tuned it up and replaced the water pump. It runs and drives good. It smokes a little when first cranked. I completely replaced the brake system, everything is new except for master cyl which I rebuilt. "Things left to finish" are Headliner, door panels, window glass. I have all the window frames and hardware and half the glass. I priced a new glass kit online at $675. The electrical system is still 6 volt. Needs wiring done for lights and dash. This is a great bargain when I have $8,000 and many hours invested in this project. I am a mechanic not a paint and body man so the paint and bodywork is not perfect. In the state of Georgia vehicles before 1963 are not titled. But Georgia will give you a form with the Bill of Sale which allows you to title the car in your state. If you have any questions before bidding please feel to call me 770-654-2207.
