THIS IS A BLACK DAY IN MY LIFE BECAUSE I'M FORCED TO SELL MY PROJECT OF THE LAST 5 YEARS. I OWNED DIE WERKSTATT IN PHOENIX WHICH WAS A REPAIR FACILITY FOR EUROPEAN AUTOMOBILES. I'M A GERMAN MASTER TECHNICIAN AND USED TO LIVE IN THE USA FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS. I WAS FORCED TO GO BACK HOME BECAUSE OF HEALTH REASONS. I BUILD THIS CAR BECAUSE I LOVE THE E34 BODY STYLE. ALL STARTED IN 2006 AS I FOUND IT IN PERFECT CONDITION WITH THE COLOR I LIKE - GRANITSILVER METALLIC. IT CAME FROM FACTORY AS A STANDARD 530i AUTOMATIC THE VIN WILL STATE. FIRST OF ALL I CONVERTED TO A 5 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION. LATER ON I FOUND A M 60 ALUSIL ENGINE WITH 35XXX MILES WHICH I COMPLETE RESEALED,PARTLY MODIFIED AND INSTALLED. IN 2008 I PURCHASED THRU ESS THE SUPERCHARGER. I HAD FROM THE PAST EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY FROM NORWAY. THE SOFT WARE IS THE " OPEN ONE" ALLOWING SPEED UP TO 200 MPH- WHERE LIFE BEGINS. I PURCHASED OUT OF A 1998 E39 M5 A LOW MILEAGE 6 SPEED TRANSMISSION AND MODIFIED/INSTALLED A UUC ALUMINUM FLYWHEEL, A SACHS RACING CLUTCH WITH RACING PRESSURE PLATE AND FROM TURNER MOTOR SPORT A SHORT SHIFT KIT TO HOLD UP TO THE INCREASED HORSEPOWER. THE ENGINE PUTS OUT AT THE FLYWHEEL WITH REGULAR 91 OCTANE GASOLINE APPROX. 440 HORSE POWER. WITH 100 OCTANE GASOLINE ALMOST 500 HORSE POWER. I INSTALLED A COMPLETE REBUILD E32 750i LSD DIFFERENTIAL. BAYER MOTORWERKS OF CHANDLER AZ BUILD THE DRIVE SHAFT FOR IT. THE EXHAUST IS BUILD BY HAND FROM STAINLESS STEEL WITH RACING CONVERTERS AS THE PLUMBING FOR THE INTER COOLER THIS PLUMBING IS COMPLETE POLISHED. THE COOLING SYSTEM IS MODIFIED AND HOLDS UP TO ARIZONAS TEMPERATURES. THE RADIATOR IS HAND BUILD FULLY OUT OF ALUMINUM,SO THE SHROUD. THE COOLING FAN IS ELECTRIC AFTERMARKED WITH ALMOST 4000 CFM. THE OIL COOLER ADAPTOR WAS ORDERED FROM BMW GERMANY. THE FIRST OIL COOLER COMES OF A E32 AND THE SECOND ONE IS WITH ELECTRIC FAN AND THERMOSTAT PLUMMED IN LINE WHICH KEEPS THE OIL TEMPERATURE AT PERFECT LEVELS EVEN AT EXTREME SPEEDS. ALL OIL LINES CONSIST OF STEEL BRAIDED LINES. AT THE POINT OF INSTALLING THE DIFFERENT M 60 ENGINE I REPLACED ALL WATER HOSES, POWER STEERING LINES/HOSES WITH NEW ONES. VALVE COVERS ARE POWDER COADED AND ENGINE SOUND COVER PAINTED IN BODY COLOR. I INSTALLED A MANUAL ADJUSTABE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR WITH AUTO METER GAUGE AT THE DASH. I INSTALLED H&R SPRINGS COMBINED WITH BILSTEIN SPORT SHOCKS AND RACING DYNAMICS ADJUSTABLE SWAY BARS, FRONT AND REAR CHAMBER/CASTER ADJUSTERS. THE BRAKES WAS TAKEN AT THE FRONT FROM A 1997 E31 AND AT THE REAR OF A E34 540i BUT WOULD NOT KEEP UP SO I PURCHASED LAST DECEMBER FROM K SPORT 2 PIECE 14 INCH ROTORS FOR ALL 4 CORNERS COMBINED WITH 8 PISTON CALIPERS AT THE FRONT AND 4 PISTON CALIPERS AT THE REAR WHICH HAVE PERFECT STOPPING POWER. THE BRAKES ARE BARELY BROKEN IN WITH APPROX 500 MILES ON THEM. THE WHEELS WAS PURCHASED THRU TURNER MOTOR SPORT AND ARE SEMI FORGED WITH DUNLOP TIRES, 235/40ZR18 FRONT AND 265/35ZR18 REAR. THE TIRES HAVE MAX. 700 MILES ON THEM AND PERFORM TOP. IN MARCH OF 2010 THE CAR WAS COMPLETE STRIPPED DOWN AFTER I BOUGHT THRU RIEGER GERMANY FRONT AND REAR BUMPER AND SIDE SKITS AND AT PHOENIX BODY WORKS IN ORIGINAL COLOR REPAINTED. THE PAINT IS IN PERFECT CONDITION WITH NOT THE SMALLEST SCRATCH OR ROCK CHIP. TWO MONTH AFTER THE PAINT JOB A CLEAR BRA FROM 3M WAS INSTALLED, COVERING THE HOOD,BUMPER FRONT,A PILLARS,MIRRORS,PART OF FRONT AND REAR FENDERS. ALL WINDOWS INCLUSIVE WINDSHILD ARE TINTED. ABOUT THE INTERIOR; THE FRONT ELECTRIC SEATS COMING OF AN 2004 E46. REAR HEAD RESTS ARE INSTALLED AND THE COMLETE INTERIOR NEW UPHOLSTERED MATCHING THE DOVE GRAY PERFECT DOOR PANELS OUT OF LATE E34 WHICH TOOK A LONG TIME TO FIND. THE REAR BENCH IS MODIFIED. THE CENTER ARM REST IS PERMANENT INSTALLED WHICH MAKES THE CAR A 4 SEATER. ALL WOOD TRIM AND SEAT SOURROUNDINGS ARE PAINTED IN BODY COLOR. INNER DOOR HANDLES ARE RED BACK GROUND ILLUMINATED. DOOR SILLS WITH RACING DYNAMICS LOGO. THE HEAD LINER AND THE TRUNK ARE COVERED IN SUEDE. ALL 4 DOOR SEALS ARE NEW AS OF LAST YEAR. AS IN THE PICTURE VISIBLE I INSTALLED A BACK UP CAMERA IN THE REAR BMW BADGE. I INSTALLED A K40 KALIBRE RADAR DEDECTOR FRONT AND REAR-BLUE TOOTH VERSION- WITH DEFUSER. THE SOUND SYSTEM WAS COMPLETE REMOVED AND A PIONEER HEAD UNIT WITH JL AUDIO SPEAKERS,SUBWOOFER AND AMPLIFIERS INSTALLED. AN AFTERMARKET ALARMSYSTEM IS INSTALLED WITH WINDOW ROLL UP AND SUN ROOF CLOSING FUNCTION BY LOCKING. THE CAR HAS SIRIOUS SATELLITE RADIO,AUDIO VOX NAVIGATION-CD ROM-,DVD PLAYER-IN TRUNK-AND I POT CONNECT FOR ENTERTAINMENT. ALL THE EQIPPMENT WAS PURCHASED NEW OVER THE LAST 2-3 YEARS AND WORKS PERFECT. THE STEERING WHEEL COMES OF A EUROPEAN E34 M5. THE ORIGINAL AIR BAG STEERING WHEEL IS NOT MORE AVAILABLE. THE CAR HAS NO AIR BAG !!! ALL GAUGES ARE AUTO METER. THE TWO OF THE DASH ARE TAPED ON BECAUSE I HAD IN MIND TO REDESIGN THE COMLETE DASH BOARD AND IN CASE SOMEONE DOESN'T LIKE THE APPERIANCE THEY CAN BE REMOVED WITHOUT EVIDENCE THEY WAS THERE. THE LEFT ONE IS A SHIFT LIGHT AND THE RIGHT ONE PRESSURE/VACUUM. THE CARRIER IN THE CENTER CONSOLE WAS BUILD AND COVERED IN LEATHER. THE GAUGES ARE FUEL PRESSURE,OIL PRESSURE,OIL TEMPERATURE AND AIR/FUEL RATIO. THE FRONT PART OF THE CENTER CONSOLE IS E34 M5 AND THE SHIFT KNOB ILLUMINATED. I INSTALLED FROM VDO A TIRE PRESSURE/TEMPERATURE WARNING SYSTEM WHICH IS THE GAUGE RIGHT BELOW THE STEERING WHEEL. THE CRUISE CONTROL IS COMPLETE REMOVED. THE COMPLETE AIR CONDITION SYSTEM IS NEW AS OF LAST YEAR AND ICE COLD. AFTER THE BUILD I USED THE CAR SOMETIMES ON WEEKENDS OR FOR SHOWS ONLY. SO THE ENGINE HAS APPROX. 38XXX MILES. IT IS IN PERFECT CONDITION. IT DRIVES LIKE A DREAM AND THE SOUND IS AMAZING. IN 2009 I HAD IT APPRAISED FOR INSURANCE RESONS. THIS HAPPEN BEFORE IT WAS REPAINTED,THE BIG BRAKES INSTALLED,THE NEW WHEELS/TIRES PURCHASED. THE REPLACEMENT VALUE CAME UP TO 112K. WITH A NEW APPRAISAL IT SHOULD COME CLOSE TO 140K. I WOULD LOVE TO FIND SOMEONE WHO IS REAL INTERESTED AND CARES FOR IT. THE CAR COMES WITH ORIGINAL BMW CAR COVER AND IS LOCATED IN PHOENIX/AZ.
