This vehicle was purchased by a local high school science teacher in 1966 and has been garaged since 1986 until I purchased the vehicle earlier this summer. I have done some recent work on the brakes, replaced the clutch cylinder and put in a new head along with brand new valves. The tires need some upgrading and the rear calipers should be replaced. The 4 speed transmission shifts smoothly. There is no major rust except under the hood where the sidewalls could use some attention and a trouble spot near the passenger side headlight that needs some work. There was some surface rust removed evidenced in spots where I didn't exactly match the original paint. The interior is in very good shape with two tears in the upper front seats and zero rot in the floors. The trunk looks great as well. The headliner is in excellent shape. The passenger seat needs to be re-stitched. The car starts and runs well. I have a clear title. A deposit of $500 due at auction close by electronic transfer.
