This auction is for a 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer LS 4WD. This vehicle was used by the Regional Manager of a local company with many offices that are spread out around the eastern USA. He drove this vehicle as his company car and it was traded-in to us. The company maintained the unit with regular oil changes (etc.) and the current oil and filter are fresh-just done. This Trailblazer LS 4WD has a "clean" Auto Check and has not been involved in any accidents and has original paint. It is being sold as-is and I will describe in detail what it needs. Overall, the engine runs great with no engine noise and does it does NOT have any leaks. The AC blows cold and the other accessories work- power windows, door locks, radio, 4WD, brakes, etc. are all in good working order. The tires are almost new- see photos. THIS VEHICLE HAS ALWAY BEEN NON-SMOKING. NO ORDORS. There are several issues and I will describe them below: Condition: The vehicle runs excellent. There are no engine noises and it starts and idles smoothly. There are 2 service lights on the dash. First, is the Air Bag light. We are not aware of why it's on but it is. Second, is the check engine light. We connected the ECM to a diagnostic tool and it is showing 2 codes. 1) emission sensor 2) transmission slipping code. The transmission seems to not want to shift into high gear. I drove the unit and it seems to shift fine until you get to the final gear and then seems to be "hung up". That is the best way I can describe it. There is definitely an issue in the trans. How extensive, I don't know. It drives well until the higher gear should kick in. We have not checked transmission fluid or had inspected. The overall body condition is average to above average for the year and miles. There are several small scratches on several of the body panels buy nothing major. The plastic (chrome colored) trim piece above the left side headlight is cracked (see photo) but does not effect the operation of the head lamp. There is a small ding on the rear deck lid near the rear lic. plate. Minor but I thought I should point out. The interior cloth seating is also in very good condition. There are no holes, burns etc. and the seats are supportive and comforatable. Just needs a good clean-up. We have not detailed this vehicle an are not planning to do so. In addition, there are 8 states that now reciprocate with the State of Ohio to collect their state sales tax. In this case, as a licensed dealer in OH, we must also collect the applicable tax per state requirement. Those states are: Arizona, California, Florida, South Carolina, Indiana, Mass., Michigan and Washington. So, if you live in one of those states, we will need to collect those applicable taxes. If you do not live in one of the states mentioned above, you will simply sign an Out of State Buyers form so you do not pay tax in OH. The windshield is not cracked but is showing 2 small "stars". They are smaller than a pencil eraser head located on the passenger side of the windshield. These are NOT in the drivers line of sight. They appear to have been filled (repaired) so they should not spread.
