I had wanted this car for 20 years. It sat by itself for all this time in front of a lavish garden. I watched the flowers bloom over and over while the olds just sat there, and sat there, and sat there. I had been getting more courageous and speaking with the owner regularly. He was an avid fisherman and I would show him pictures and he would show me his. Well, after a while we made a deal for this old car and I am bringing it to you car guys right now. I bought this car and towed it home after making a generous offer. We took it to our local mechanic and he overhauled the brake system and cleaned out the fuel system before firing it up. It now runs and drives but feels a little fragile and in addition to a major tune up needs a generous portion of TLC. It has held a charge just fine and the top goes up and down with the flick of a switch. It feels as though the interior was swapped out because it has the Star Fire emblems. The interior will need a total redo but it is very attractive in it's present original condition. Believe it or not. The car used to be pink or purple or salmony. Yes, I had second thoughts about telling you that, but it's true. Deep in the door jams is a nice shade of metallic lavender. The olds is fun to drive up and down the street and every body looks and waves. It has beautiful lines and a classy style. A friend of mine told me it looks like a car driving through a car. Indeed it does. I hope you olds guys are out there waiting for a precious gem to turn up. It's a big car and it will fit a big guy or maybe fix it up for your babe.
