2002 VW Jetta TDI Diesel 5 Speed If you are looking at this ad it's probably because you know what you get with the diesel engine. A long lasting engine with super gas mileage !! This Jetta TDI is equipped with cloth interior with HEATED SEATS. It has a manual transmission. CD player. AC blows cold. I just replaced front brake discs and pads along with a new windshield because of a crack. Engine and transmission are smooth. The battery is also fairly new. Oil changed every 3k miles. I had the timing belt and water pump replaced last year at 150k miles. (mechanics sticker in the engine compartment to validate date and mileage of timing belt change). Car runs great. No problems at all. Tires in good shape too. I have a few vehicles. I commute from CT to NY and back and use this car primarily for commuting. 95% of my driving is all highway. That's why I originally picked up this diesel. I average around 48 miles a gallon !!! I am looking to sell because I would like to get something newer with an automatic transmission. Car is clean in and out. Body has some scratches and nicks here and there. Some slight rust on one of the outer wheel wells. Only cosmetic issues.
