Truck is in excellent condition. Upholstery is as new since I am a non-smoker, I am the only driver, and I like to take care of my things. Very comfortable seats. Heavy duty mats. Tires are in very good condition since I bought them about a year ago. Completed 60K tune up 6 months ago. As is, no warranty. I bought the truck from a Mercedes Dealership in Sugarland, TX. on October 2006 and it had only 22,000 miles on it.
