The car was actually a nice driver that was previously restored in what I believe was the early 1980s before he decided to take the car down to do a color change. He wanted the red car to be black with biscuit interior, so he had the entire car taken down and redone. The engine was rebuilt. He spent a lot on new parts, the car purchase and work done to the car. It is pretty hard to find a stalled project this far along and on this good of a car that was not a basket case to start. There is no rust! All numbers match and a Heritage Certificate is with the car to confirm authenticity. This car great potential to be a phenomenal car! I do know of an excellent restoration shop here in the Charlotte area, who can put this car back together. Please contact us if interested.
