1998 JEEP WRANGLER LIFTED You are looking at a very nice 1998 Jeep Wrangler TJ. This Jeep has the 4.0L - bulletproof 6 CYL that everybody loves! This motor runs perfect, no leaks, no drips, no smoke, etc. The 5 speed manual transmission shifts great through all of the gears. Clutch is nice and strong. The 4x4 works perfectly in both HIGH and LOW! This Jeep runs and drives great! It drives great on the highway, in the city, and off road. It has a 4” short arm suspension lift with sway bar disconnects. Mileage may vary. It currently has 130,550 miles The body of the jeep is rust free. It has a few rock chips in the front and a few scuffs around the body. Overall it is in great condition for the year. The passenger door was replaced by the previous owner so the interior door panel is a different color (dark gray instead of light gray), you don't even notice it unless you are looking for it. The exterior color of the door is slightly darker than the rest of the body also. This is also hardly noticeable depending on light conditions. The hard top has working lights, rear defrost, and rear wiper (all in good working order). The fog lights installed work sometimes but they blow a fuse every now and then (not sure what the problem is but I am sure it is an easy fix). The almost new 2011 Rubicon rims and tires have a lot of tread left. These were installed only 1,000 miles ago. Has aftermarket front and rear bumbers along with rock sliders (as seen in pictures). Has Slip-yolk eliminator and Gibson exhaust. The interior of the jeep is in good shape. The neoprene covers on the front seats are pealing a little bit and the back seat cover is almost in new condition. The interior is a little dirty and dusty as seen in the pictures. The carpet was removed in the front so it could be cleaned out easier. It was painted with a black coating. Under the back seat and in the rear the carpet is in place. The amp for the subs and speakers is under the seat and nicely protected. The sub is in a custom box that fits between the tailgate and the back seat. All the interior speakers were replaced with very nice aftermarket ones! The System sounds amazing while driving at highway speeds or just cruising around town. This is a used jeep and has been off road a few times. It has some squeaks and rattles (Nothing major) with normal body wear. The windshield has a crack as seen in the pictures.
