Immaculate Beauty! 1978 Mercedes Benz 280CE - Only 64,840 miles! Originally sold and owned in Connecticut until recently. I had been looking for a clean version of this classic Benz for some time and found this one in the Pacific Northwest. It was owned for decades by an elderly couple who kept it in their garage and I am the second owner. Paint is the original metallic ice blue. There is absolutely NO RUST! This is a stunning pillarless coupe. They don't make them like this anymore. Mercedes built this to last a lifetime! There are some very minor paint chips from rocks, etc. (all touched up with MB paint). The only interior flaws are one 2-inch crack on the dashboard on the passenger side, as well as a small leather rip in between the rear seats on the top (both shown in the photos). Door panels, seats, headliner, and carpet are in amazing condition. There are absolutely no oil leaks. Everything on this car works as it should, except the power sunroof and clock, and the power antennae needs to be retracted manually.
