NO RESERVE NO RESERVE NO RESERVE FUZZY DICE AUTOS Has up at a "NO RESERVE" auction a very nicely recently restored 1984 Mercedes Benz 380 SL Two-Top convertible! This very nice driver quality rust free 380 SL was brought to us in an estate sale. It's owner passed away just after giving the car a brand new paint job and brand new original canvass convertible top. It should be noted that this is not a numbers matching motor but is a period corrent motor. The car was imported here from Germany many years ago and is considered a grey market vehicle. Everything has been brought up to American standards and will always pass inspection. The exterior is in excellent rust-free condition. No dents, blemishes or damage of any kind. No paint bubbling or anything else that would be in need of repair. The brand new rag top is perfect as is the hard top that goes with the car and is presently in storage. The beautiful chrome wheels set this car off very nicely. All the glass and molding are equally as nice. The under carriage is solid and also rust free. The interior is in excellent condition. The seats, door panels, carpeting and dash are all in wonderful condition. Only the driver's side door pull is missing. Everything works as it should. The after market radio/CD player has a great sound, and the A/C blows cold. The non numbers matching Mercedes Benz period correct motor runs strong and quiet. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly through all the gears and the power brakes stop the car on a dime. This car drives straight down the road and can be driven anywhere.
