Originally an automatic car that has been converted to a 5-speed manual with a Getrag 265 transmission. I’ve owned the car 3+ years and have put approx 12,000 miles on it. Car has been well maintained and is dependable and reliable. The Good: Never been wrecked, all body panels are original and all door/hood/trunk gaps are correct. Never seen snow or ice. 5 year old paint is in excellent condition. All trim was removed, no overspray or paint on any trim. Approx 5,000 miles on 16” Michelin Pilot Exalto tires mounted on 750 rims. Many new parts including windshield and back window rubber, OEM door seals, brake booster, clutch master and slave, upper and lower control arms, tie rods, idler arm, center link, odometer gears. The car had H&R lowering springs and shocks when I bought it. I wanted a smoother ride and installed new, OEM springs and Bilstein comfort shocks. The lowering springs and shocks still look new and will go with the car. On Board Computer, check panel, cruise control, etc. all work properly. The Bad: Hole worn in driver’s seat bolster (see picture). A/C recently quit working. All A/C components are still installed, new owner will need to install a new compressor. There are still many 6-series around, but very few good ones. This is one of the good ones. It’s a great looking, solid reliable car that has a lot of good miles left on it.
