1976 Corvette L-48 (last year of the Stingray) which features: 4-speed, T-Tops, Air, PS, PB, PW, white w/dark brown deluxe interior. I purchased this in 2000 and it was a 54,000 mile, matching numbers original car. It took 11 years and countless hours and a lot of money to get it to where it is today. This is a totally documented (with receipts and pictures, which will go with the car) frame on professionally done restoration, sparing no expense. Mechanically perfect in every way. All the undercarriage is new, including the swinging arms, springs, shocks, brakes, tires, exhaust, radiator, clutch, rear end, u-joints and so on. This car is truly a pleasure to drive and is very responsive with a new ZZ4 crate engine putting out just under 400 horsepower. Note: I still have the original, running, matching numbers motor and several parts, If you desire to bring this back to original. (for an extra $500.00). This is a mechanically brand new stock looking 1976 fun driving Corvette. This is still a very nice looking car but, on closer inspection you will see obvious blemishes in the paint and seat wear. All the money I spent was for the performance and ride. This is a very fair priced car for what has been invested. I am retired and would like to move on, and don’t really want to store this car for the winter. I realize I will never recover all the money that I have spent on this project. “My lose is your gain”. Again, this is an excellent driver that presently needs nothing to drive away. There is no way to duplicate what has been done for less money than has been invested.
