Up for "NO RESERVE" auction: 1966 Mercedes Benz 250SE Automatic with 67k original miles. This is a very well preserved "driver" quality car. Mechanically in good shape, the engine runs smoothly and the transmission shifts perfectly. Recent work includes new inner and outer tie rods, alignment, along with new front brake calipers and pads. The plug wires and plugs were just replaced, along with a new fuel filter. All of the electronics work great including the original factory radio. The driver's side rear window will need some attention, it has to be helped up and down(might be off track) also the fuel gauge is not working (needs a sending unit)The tires are fairly new and have plenty of tread left. The exterior is in very good condition and does not have any visable rust. The body is straight, and shows very well. All of the typical corrosion area's appear to be solid and in tact. The under carriage, as you can see in the pictures is clean and solid. There are a few typical oil seeps, but nothing that leaves a spot on the floor. The interior is all original and does show some minor wear. The passenger front seat has a seem that needs to be restiched, but it is not that noticeable. The carpeting and floor mats are in excellent condition, and appear to be original. Overall this is a great running car, that does need a little TLC.
