This is a GREAT ride. Purchased in August 2006 when the new body style was introduced, this one-owner Suburban is in a class of its own. Professionally maintained, with all maintenance records on file. Owner ran a business with operations in 24 states, hence 95% of the miles put on this vehicle were driven on interstate higways. The exterior still sparkles, with minor stone chips on the leading edge of the hood and mirrors, and no body rust. This is a non-smokers vehicle, and the interior proves it. There are a few coffee stains on the carpet and floor mats that refuse to come out, but otherwise the interior is in excellent shape. The truck is equipped with the 5.3L Vortec V8 with FFV (Ethynol 85%) and Active Fuel Management (reduces to 4 cylinders when not under load) and routinely gets 18-19mpg on the highway. This Suburban has the following standard and optional equipment: Power S, W, DL, M, driver and passenger seats, Cruise Control. It also has heated Power Folding side mirrors w/auto dimming $ turn signals. Remote keyless entry and remote start. ONSTAR Universal Home remote garage door opener. Running Boards 17" Aluminum Wheels. It has Cooper tires on it that have approximately 5K miles of tread life remaining. This vehicle has never been in an accident. It has had three insurance claims on it for minor damages. 1) It was backed into a shopping cart corral which dented the right rear bumper (repaired by professional body shop). 2) The shifter lever was snapped off by a 4x4"x10' board that was being transported which slid forward, hitting the shifter lever and the radio on/off button. Both the shifter lever and the entire radio were replaced by the local Chevrolet Dealer. 3) It has had a windshield replaced due to a large stone chip/crack. It has maintained a 3500 mile oil change regimin and all scheduled checks and services are recorded and on-file. Most recently, it has had a fuel pump and a oil pressure sensing switch replaced. It currently has a check engine light code stating that it needs an emmissions sensor replaced. It is also showing that the driver air bag needs service. No other problems are known, and everything works.
