1979 Ford F-150 Shortbed 4X4 Show Truck See us at: .www.tandcauto13.com Up for bid is my 1979 Ford F-150 4X4 show truck. It has been to one show and won best of class and best paint. i have owned the truck for the past 11 years, and was built by my me. I have over $30,000 in and the truck with 100's of hours of work. The truck is black with harlequin stripes that change colors. The front and the rear end is painted harlequin. The dash has been smoothed and also painted harliquin. The interior is all new with leather seats, carpet, custom alumnuim door panels, CD player, amps and speakers. The truck has A/C and 4 speed trani. The motor is a 450hp 351-377 Windsor with aluminum trick flow heads, 202 valves. All MSD ignition, alumn intake, Holley 750 4 barrel, 580 lift cam, 10 1/2 to 1 compression runs great on premium octane gas. I have over $6000 in the motor. Has a Dana 44 front end with 513 gears and a lockright locker and disc brakes. The rear is a 9" w/5:13 gears and disc brakes. The truck is sitting on a 7" Superlift suspension lift w/double shocks on each corner and a 3" body lift, all done right. Bushwacker cut out flares make more room for the 46" x 20" x 15" Mickey Thompson Baha Claws mounted on Weld 15 x 14 alumiunm wheels. Wheels and tires have less than 500 on them. The wheel and tires cost over $4000. There is alot more little things like a seat mounted in the bed w/seat belts that are kids ride in for parades, car shows etc. A custom tailgate which is one of my favorite parts.
