1982 MERCEDES BENZ 380 SL CONVERTIBLE!! This is a sweet car right here. I bought it with the intention of keeping her but I bought a Ferrari Mondial that needs some big money spent on it so my loss is your gain. I have only driven the car about 100 miles total all I have done is send it to get a detail and the seats dyed then to the shop to have them Charge the AC and that is it. My Ferrari came in and I have been spending all my time on it since. The Benz runs out and rides extremely well and it has plenty of power. The air blew cold when I picked it up but now does not it most likely has a leak but the good news is The system did work. The interior is in quite good shape The guy I bought the car from had a set of all weather mats in it so the front carpets look like new. I had the seats Redyed when I got the car to freshen it up and there is only one crack to mention see pic. The dash had some cracks so I had a Carpeted cover installed all and all I would say the interior is a 8 on a 10 scale really very nice. The rear carpet needs a little glue at the top. The paint and all of the chrome is in very good shape and this car looks great in the sun. There are very few scuffs and ding really a nice car!! The Gas cap has some light fade other then that the factory paint looks great and I can not find a sign of previous paint work on the car nor any real rust other then some superficial spots from rock chips and such.
