For Sale with a reasonable reserve, a well cared for 1970 camp-mobile hard top         Showing 38,631 miles, but I'm sure there is more than that, too much fun to drive to keep it parked all the time!           I am the second owner since 2007. The bus is reliable, it drives and shifts in all gears very smoothly.             It has always been maintained by a professional mechanic shop.           List of things that have been changed, or done. Backed up by receipts.           Brake shoes front and rear            Drum brakes front and back            Wheel grease seals            Brake cylinder,rear            Brake hoses,left and right           Details,such as:           Gaskets, grease, fluids            All 4 CV boots            Complete tune up, lube, and valve adjustments           I'm told the compression is very good in all 4 cylinders            It is a 1600 engine, single carburetor.            4 Tires near new condition. The inside amazingly almost all original, front curtains custom made to snap onto the windshield original curtain. The driver's, passenger and slider door curtains actually slide on their original tracks!            Fridge/Ice box, sink, faucet, folding table, storage under seat, Z-bed. The wood ceiling is original, except for front piece which has been carefully replaced complete with new insulation. The back door has received the same treatment. The back door bug screen and cot that attaches up by the front seats are also in wonderful condition.             Items that you may want to address sooner or later. The front seats are original, but vinyl has tears. I have new cloth seat covers on for now. The seat belts are also original. The windshield has a dime size nick probably from a rock. The one sooner rather than later item, would be the area below the windshield. Had rust and small holes in three areas. It is truly the only spot of deep rust. Some surface ones from parking nicks. So the windshield and back door rubbers will need to be changed, unless of course it's going to be garaged. The paint is a second coat, white. Please keep in mind it is a 40 year old car, there are no guarantees.
