You could take this car to any local car show and see a multitude of Mustangs, but very few, if any Falcons. Fewer yet Falcon Futura Convertibles!! Just want a very cool fuel efficient cruiser that is ready to go and go and go, Just check this Bird out. Engine Transmission This Falcon is powered by the well know and super dependable 200CI straight 6 which is factory correct, it also has a Ford two speed automatic transmission, the engine has been recently tuned up with all new parts, the oil has been changed and the tranny fluids, all fittings checked and greased. The engine jumps to life and runs very smooth and quiet and has ample power to pull out into traffic safely. On the highway this little bird just flies along and is just a pleasure to see and be seen from. Exterior Brand new power top (which goes up and down great) and seals very tight to keep out the weather and wind. The Power top well has been replaced and has a new cover to hide the top when down, which goes on easily and looks great. All lights work and are clear and bright. All Chrome is original and still has a high luster on all surfaces. Recent but not new paint, still shows highly reflective properties on all panels. All metal appears to be original and in great condition. The frames are all original no welds or replacement parts. the pans are now in great shape. A very solid car!! Interior Super sharp here too! No rips or tears of course and well tailored. The all original dash works as it should showing that all systems are working great day or night! Has the original AM radio (non functioning) and all original knobs and switches, that do have a little petina that ads that touch of authenticity. The newly covered seats and brand new carpet give this little bird a high touch of class and make the car look very sharp.
