1987 BMW K-Series

This is a NO RESERVE AUCTION for a 1987 BMW K100RT. This bike runs well and looks pretty good overall and is in good running condition. The saddlebags are missing, but it does have the mounting racks for Jesse Bags. There is a large rear rack/shelf on the back and a clear headlight protector on it. The body is in good condition, of course there are some stone chips in the paint, and the tires are in good to very good condition. The speedometer just quit working on it's recent trip across the country. If you are looking for a nice inexpensive BMW Sport Touring Bike, it will be hard to find a nicer, better running one for the money. Remember, this is a NO RESERVE AUCTION so the high bidder will win this bike no matter what the price ends up at. Please only bid if you truly want to own this nice 1987 BMW K100RT. Note: This bike just came here from a trip around the country. The customer did not live in my area so I have not ever serviced the bike and cannot answer questions about it's history. Overall, it appears to be a pretty nice bike and for the money is a great buy!!! There is a light on the dash, I think it may need brakes. I can't guarantee it, but would have to believe that you could ride this bike back to wherever you are from without any major issues.
