I have the CARFAX (100% clean) from the dealership I bought it from 2 years ago, nothing has happened since, it has a clean NJ Title in my possession, paid off in full. Also, I have babied this car, it was GARAGE KEPT it's entire existence until I moved to the Jersey Shore 4 months ago. You can tell by how clean and perfect the exterior and interior are, they have NEVER felt salt or snow b/c I also have a Jeep Cherokee since 1999. Just to be clear, this is a 1999.5 BMW 328i M-Sport Edition (5-Spd Manual - Navy Blue ext. - Gray/Black int.), the reason I listed it as a 2000 is that it is the newer body style, only a few were technically made at the VERY end of 1999, so I listed it as 2000 to avoid confusion. Also, this car has been maintained religiously with ONLY Premium fuel and Synthetic Oil!! This car has 133,XXX miles, almost all of which are HIGHWAY miles from my commute between Hoboken/Brick and Morristown and from the previous owner commuting from Edison to NY State. First off, I'd like to list the NEW parts that have been added to this car: - Windshield replaced 3 months ago ($300 - Receipt avail.) - Tires: rear replaced 3 months ago, front 7 months ago ($1400 - don't have receipts) - Radiator/Thermostat/Hoses: replaced 3 weeks ago ($1500 - Receipt avail.) - Synthetic Oil Change & Filter 1500 miles ago ($75 - Receipt avail.) - BMW OEM Hood Logo replaced TODAY ($50 - Reeipt avail.) - BMW OEM Wheel Center Caps replaced TODAY ($25 each - 3 add. avl. w/ car for $25 total) - Heavy Duty Rubber Trunk Liner ($250 - will include for right offer $) I'd also like to list the OPTIONS that are included, because this car is LOADED!!: - M-SPORT PKG - M-Series branded leather shifter, upgraded SPORT suspension (tighter dampers/lower/stiffer), 17" lightweight alloy wheels w/ low profile tires, 3 spoke leather steering wheel, upgraded sway-bars, bucket Sport seats w/ adj. thigh support & improved body control, upgraded Larger Disc breaks (all 2.8L) - PREMIUM PKG - Multi-function steering wheel (control stereo, cruise, traction), rain sensing wipers, power adj. seats, auto-dimming mirrors, lumbar support, wood grain interior - Power Moon Roof - Leather Power seats - state of the art ALARM System w/ Etched Glass & ignition cut (lowers INSURANCE significantly) - Harmon-Kardon 14 Speaker PREMIUM sound-system w/ subwoofer, 6-DISC CHANGER, tape deck, radio (sound AMAZING) - Trip Computer w/ fuel estimator & external temperature gauge - Power Windows w/ auto up & down w/ 1 touch - Heated Mirrors w/ auto-dimming at night - Remote key-less entry and trunk - Advanced thermostat climate control w/ rear AC - Front & back arm rests - Additional rear-seat & door storage, lockable trunk access from rear seat - 328i denotes that this BMW has the upgraded fuel-injected 2.8L V6 (vs. the smaller, weaker 2.3L w/ = gas mileage) - front & rear electric defrost This car is basically perfect, except for 2 small problems, which are 1) the rear, driver side window is stuck in the up position. The motor needs replacement which will cost $150 at Firestone (quoted). 2) There are a few small surface scratches on the front left fender from before I bought the vehicle, not to mention a few very small scratches from road use elsewhere. None are below the surface, there are NO DENTS, and all scratches could easily be touched up with factory paint at home, they just never bothered me enough to do so. Anyone from this area will tell you that is worth hundreds in itself, since you will never get a ticket and have FREE PARKING in North NJ or New York City!!On Aug-21-11 at 05:00:12 PDT, seller added the following information: 08.22.11 - Add BRAND NEW REAR TIRES to the list of new items for the car. I got a flat today and had to get the rear tires replaced.
