Up for auction is one brilliant black pearl metallic 2006 Dodge Charger with the Police Package. This is a one-owner vehicle. It was recently traded in by a local sheriff’s department. The engine is mechanically sound and can be driven anywhere with confidence. Extra clean exterior and interior. This Charger was driven by a high ranking officer, and it was his "take home" vehicle. It was not used in high speed pursuits, or abused like many patrol cars are. The brakes and tires have plenty of life left in them. The police department did remove the center console as it has their radios and other devices inside it. They also removed the front fog lights, they were red and blue, so they needed removed anyway. The carfax shows this vehicle was hit in the rear by a mailbox. It happened on an icy day, and the car slid into a mailbox. It hit the driver side rear quarter panel, and it was repaired. The color match is perfect. The repair is barely visible, and is nothing that takes away from the excellent look and performance is this Dodge Charger. The police department did remove the 3 antennas that were on the roof. There are 3 short little stubs that remain, but you can't really see them unless you're looking down on the car from above.
As for options, you get power windows, power locks, a driver side spot light (works), a tilt steering wheel, cruise control, cd player, aux. input for stereo, A/C (works), carpet flooring, ticket light, 18 inch steel wheels with goodyear tires, an automatic transmission and the 5.7L V8 Hemi engine. This engine produces 340 horse power, has a 0 to 60 time of 6.0 seconds, and a top speed of 146 MPH.
The main difference between a "civilian version" and the police version are the upgraded heavy-duty brakes, a severe-duty cooling system, an electric stability set up, performance-tuned steering, and a column shifter.

The buyer is responsible for making the deposit within 48 hours after the auction has ended. The remaining balance is due within 7 business days after the auction has ended.
The buyer is also responsible for picking up the car within 7 days after the auction has ended. We can assist with shipping the vehicle, but the buyer is ultimately responsible for shipping payment.

We will also provide a paper plate that will be good for 30 days.
