You are bidding on a 1970 Mustang Covertible. It features a 302 2v with an automatic transmission. It has power steering, power disc brakes on front and drum on rear, original air conditioning, and a power convertible top. The car is in need of complete restoration. The car will start and run, but the fuel tank is not hooked so you have to either put a gas can underneath it or pour it into the carb to keep her going. The car is 95% complete and very original. The hood is just sitting on the car, it will need a new set of hinges. The exterior sheet metal is decent, most of it being usable. That will ultimatley be up to whom ever decides to put this car back to its former glory. The undercairage is in need of major repairs. It will need torque boxes, floors, and rear frame rails. The interior of the car is complete and the power top works, I threw a battery in it and ran it up and down. I have a new glass rear window to throw in will the car. Along with that is new weatherstripping for the top. This car is not for the faint of heart but is still a highly optioned, very restorable car. Any questions please call 765-376-3486.
