This is a 1940 Lincoln Zephur in original condition and mostly complete. It is very restorable. It is a RARE barn find. The tires all hold air [they were up, but low, when I located it & are still up a month later, after refreshing the air pressure]. Though not perfect, all the glass is still in the car! The original bumper jack is still in the trunk. There is little outside body rust. The trunk floor is sound, but the floorpan for the front seat is rusted out. The floorpan for the back seat is still covered with carpet, so I'm unsure of it's condition. It has a flathead V8, not original, BUT IT RUNS!!! I didn't check out the fuel system, but it fired right up with starting fluid, and sounded great! The inside of the distributor looks clean and recently new. The car does roll quite easily too. If you're looking for a good project car, this is a good one. The reserve is very reasonable. The "Old Car Price Guide" price for this car is around $2,900 [#5] and the reserve is MUCH LOWER than that.
