I've owned this truck for 8 years. I have never had any major problems with it. I have replaced, in the last 3,000 miles, the transmission, clutch, pressure plate, throw-out barring, pump in fuel tank, fuel pump on frame, upper and lower ball joints, both front brake calipers and one steering sector rod. I have also had the front end aligned. This vehicle has the bullet-proof straight six 300 that runs excellent. I purchased this vehicle to drive after I sold my F-250. My son has driven the vehicle for the last year. He has now purchased a 2011 Chevy Z-71 and told me I could have my truck back. I have two other trucks and do not want to see this vehicle sit and not be used. Anyone that knows these trucks knows that they will dang near last forever. It does have a few dents and dings but mechanically runs exceptional. The undercarriage is rust-free and the only rust you will find is on the bedrails where a camper body was when the previous owner had it. 4-Wheel drive works excellent. A/C needs to be charged.
