Vehicle Detail
FASTER than your BMW M3, blows the doors off the new BMW Mini. Lamborghini, Ferrari, see ya later. Bugatti Veyron... that will kill this car, but this one cost 1/74 the price. Almost 200hp in approximately 1300lbs. Don't worry about being green, it gets an estimated 35mpg... Yep, thats better fuel economy then your Civic with performance of a supercar. I present, and could be yours, a 1963 Austin Mini Minitec B18c1 Acura Integra GSR Motor/5 Speed Transmission, Right Hand Drive! Perfectly Legal in the USA Vehicle Details: I have described this vehicle to the best of my ability in an effort to show you I am not hiding anything. I drive this vehicle on a daily basis. It has the reliability of a Honda Civic, performance of a Corvette, and the go kart handling and character of a Mini. And, all this at a price you can afford. I have posted tons of pictures including pictures of the car when I purchased it over 3 years ago on my photobucket site. Below is a link. My pictures - http://s238.photobucket.com/albums/ff111/pjku79/63%20Austin%20Mini/ Previous ower’s pictures - http://s238.photobucket.com/albums/ff111/pjku79/63%20Austin%20Mini/Pictures%20from%20previous%20owner/ Videos of Mini http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gAzLj-sZJ7g http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-y70LAVKqmY http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pRBuRk2OnsY Drivetrain Engine -94 Acura Integra (B18B1) converted to a GSR VTEC Motor (B18c1) -Skunk 2 Pro intake manifold, custom intake -custom engine controller calibration specifically for this vehicle -aluminum radiator with high flow electric fan. Transmission -LS 5 Speed (tallest gearing available stock - best choice for mini conversion) Suspension/Subframe Front -MiniTec MTB Subframe kit (http://www.superfastminis.com/MT-BKIT.htm) -8.4 in Disk Brakes from a late model Mini Rear -MiniTec Rear Coil-Over Subframe kit with QA1 aluminum coil-over shocks (http://www.superfastminis.com/REAR_FRAME.htm) -Superfin rear brake drums Wheels -Minilite 17x3 rims -175/50R13 Sumitomo Tires Interior -Right hand drive -Two tone reclining race seats -Wabasto sliding sunroof (not in that great of shape, but works) -Door panels and dash are custom made and painted with red candy -Door handles and window cranks are custom -Cyberdyne Red Heat Gauges (Speedo/tach, water temp, fuel level) (example http://www.jegs.com/i/Cyberdyne/280/C271E061N/10002/-1?parentProductId=749235) -Black carpet (not installed, I liked the clean look so never reinstalled after repairing the floor pans) -All interior was coated with Second Skin Audio’s Spectrum which is a water based under coating designed to reduce sheet metal resonance and structure borne noise. It is a true visceolastic sound deadener that can make any vehicle quiet as a luxury car. (http://www.secondskinaudio.com/sound-deadener/spectrum.php) - Does not have a headliner installed. I actually prefered not having a headliner. They can be purchased from Newton Commercial. I already spoke with them and they can include extra material for the sunroof if wanted for about $150 (http://www.newtoncomm.co.uk/cars/mini/index.jsp) Exterior - Black flames pin-striped in red with true fire flames - Car has been daily driven and thus has the normal chips you get - The rear below the lights (boot hinge panel) was replaced as well as the boot panel, floor pans, driver side sill, valence, and a full length subframe panel. All of the boot and floor pans (exterior) were coated with bed liner. The exterior above the boot hinge panel has not been top coated yet. - All replaced panels were coated with Eastwood’s Rust Encapsulator (http://www.rustencapsulator.com/) prior to their top coat - I have noticed two spots where the paint is bubbling. Both were there when I purchased and haven't seemed to get any worse. One is a spot just forward of the top DS hinge (exterior panel) and the other is on the rear boot lid. They haven't gotten any worse since I have owned the vehicle. Could be clear coat. -Some minor clear coat bubble at the edge of the drip rail. In the end this is a great driver. I have been daily driving it (when dry) in San Antonio, TX for the last 3 years. Also, keep in mind I am continuing to drive this car, so the mileage will increase from when it was listed. This car is being sold as is with no warrenty. Feel Free to contact me with questions and Serious Inquiries. (210)249-6507 These are the wheels. They are in pretty good shape. Some have minor scratches. You might noticed in this picture, above the boot door there was some over spray from the rust encapsulator. It is hardly noticeable unless you know its there. The passenger door had a weld screen blow up agains it forward and up of the door handle. It was repaired as shown in picture. Engine Pictures : Clean wiring, custom painted engine cover, with flip up hood for easy access. Interior Pictures: you will notice the racing seats and custom dash and door panels. I didn't get a good picture of the back seat. The fabric is in good condition, but doesn't match the front seats. I thought about dying them, but never got around to it. You can see the fabric (blue colored) in the picture below between the front seats. You will noticed a small chunk out of the lower dash pad. It was link this when I purchased the vehicle and didn't bother me. Underbody pictures. Boot pictures This picture is the boot before I reinstalled the flares, fuel tank, spare, and battery. These are pictures of the vehicle after I installed the new floor pans, coated them with Rust Encapsulator and sealed the seams. I also sealed the seams under the car, but didn't have a hoist, so pictures were really bad.
