up for sell is my 1983 Z28 T-top camaro. it has the 305 v8 with the rare 5 speed manual transmission. i have owned this car for nearly 10yrs but it has basically just been sitting for the last 3 or 4. it still runs and drives good but it is almost 30yrs old and does have some issues. the windshield is cracked badly and needs replaced. the tires have good tread left but they are old and should probably be replaced also one has a slow leak and will go flat in 4 or 5 days. the paint is starting to fade in a couple of places and there are a few surface rust spots on the fenders and doors. the back hatch needs new shocks to stay up on its own, i have a large wooden dowel i use to prop it up. the interior is decent only problems are a crack in the dash and the shoulder straps for the seatbelts sometimes dont return once you pull them out. the engine sounds good no knocks or ticks but it does seem to bog down when the 4 barrel kicks in, probably just from sitting nothing a good tune up wouldnt fix. thats everything i can think of wrong with this car and ive tried to be honest but it is an old car and new problems could arise at anytime. on the good side however the 5-speed V8 with T-tops makes this a really fun car to drive. this is a no reserve auction it will sell to the highest bidder. local pickup only.
