1969 Chevelle SS Convertible NO RESERVE This is a solid 1969 Chevelle SS Convertible, clone. I used this car as a daily driver when I was living in California and never had issue, a very solid car. Everything is in great shape, engine, body, paint, convertible top, carpet, tires etc... It has the Chevy Big Block 396 SS engine, great rally wheels and I upgraded the Carburetor, Fuel Pump, Distributor, Shocks, Headers, Exhaust, Carpet, and Audio all of which are outlined below. This is not a show car but turns heads where ever I go, exhaust sounds great and audio system is amazing (you can still hear it going 90mph on the highway!!!). Mechanically the car has no issues, transmission is great and brakes are solid (disc). There are a couple minor issues: small scuff on convertible top (please look at picture), small rust spot on driver side rear bumper (picture) and there is no convertible top motor, but it does work as a manual just fine. The driver side window crank gear is slightly stripped, the window has no problem going up or down, just takes an extra crank. The weather stripping could be replaced as well. This is such a great driving car, if you want a great looking, dependable classic muscle car this is it. The exhaust sounds mean, this big block 396 has great power and the new carb gives you all the jump you need. I bought this car last August while I was living in California and have since moved to Philadelphia and just don't have the time to enjoy this car anymore, which kills me!! It has always been garage kept. The mileage will be slightly higher than shown and labeled only because I continue to drive it.
