Got a 71 VW Bus Westy Bay Transporter Combi Kombi LowLight. Interior is not complete but does have rear seat, jumper seat, and table. Missing the closet cabinet, sink and fridge. The front seats are mismatched, but functional. Wood flooring in cargo area. Has a 1600sp motor with a 30-31 Solex carb and 4 speed manual. Motor was rebuilt by a previous owner, however, it is running, but needs works. Front disc brakes. This bus was originally Chianti Red, but was repainted by a previous owner years ago. The interior panels have been removed by previous owners. All the interior trim (headliner trim) is there to do a re-install. Even includes most if not all of the Curtain Rods. Newer tires. All original glass. Original Radio in bus, but not installed. Dash in decent shape with all gauges working. Includes the elusive rare clock. 12 Volt system. 009 Distributor This is not a pop-up camper. Westfalia. Bus is missing the outside emblems. Body is decent, but does have rust in front of rear wheel wells and rocker panels. Dog-legs (Front doors) look good. Has both bumpers, but rear one is not installed. Couple pin holes (1 half dime size) on the passenger side floor board. Overall, not a bad Bus and a great start to a project. This is the last of the early Bay buses with the Front parking lights "Low" and the old style rear lights. Currently registered non-op and NO smog required in California. Bought this as a project for myself, but just don't have the time or money to work it. The reserve is set between 1- 1.5k. Located in the middle of California and accessible by both LA and SF. Buyer is to pick up locally. NO delivery. If buyer chooses to use outside transport/shipping company for pickup, I will help with loading, but buyer is responsible for all other details.
