I have decided to sell my 1994 Z34 Lumina with 57,000 original miles on the car. It has been in my family since new, I am the second owner with my parents being the first. The car isn't running correctly, it does start and drive down the road fine but it has a low rpm misfire and does not idle correctly. I bought the car for my son who is a high school student and have decided to go ahead and sell the car to purchase him a newer vehicle that he can drive and not do extra maintenance on as a 17 year old car will require you to do. I don't know what is wrong at this point with the car, it has been to the dealership and they said that it seemed to be a vacume leak but want $100 per hour to work on it. Being my son is a high school student we don't want to put a ton of money in an older car that will most likely require some additional maintanence after this repair beings it is 17 years old. the car is in what I would call fair to good condition, the paint sparkles as new but has some door dings and scratches in it from my parents and son using it as a daily driver. The car has never been in an accident of any sort that I am aware of, and we do have the title at our home to be signed over upon pick up of the vehicle. It is a rust free car, the air conditioning, cruise control, power windows all work properly and mechanically everything functions as it should aside from the low rpm miss in the engine. We just put brand new firestone affinity tires on the car a month ago before the misfire started, the tires and allignment were $700.00 alone.
