You are bidding on a super nice 1968 Ford mustang coupe that spent most of it life in Nevada. This is a 100 % rust free car and has always been. It will make a great show and drive. Here are the details: 1968 Mustang Coupe "J" code 302 4V Mexican Block Paint:Dupont Chromabase 2 stage base/Clear. Sunlit Gold with Black C-stripe accents. It is 4 years old with a couple very minor chips 2 in the trunk and 1 on the LH headlight bucket. Body: Floors quarters, doors, fenders, hood, trunk, tail light panel, are all original FORD never changed. Front and rear valances are excellent fitting reproduction pieces. The body is laser straight and lines are near perfect. Original grill inserts and new vinyl top. Engine: 1970 302 Mexican Block 4V, stock cast iron 4V intake. Chrome valve covers, original air cleaner topping a brand new Edelbrock carb. New belts, wires, hoses. Pertronics in distibuter, chrome oil pan. This is nicely detailed and all new hardware. Transmission: C-4 Automatic New front and rea seals, pan gasket, filter kit, new lines, detailed drive shaft. Like new, shifts great. Suspension: Original power steering. New shocks, upper control arms, ball joints, lower control arms and ball joints, font wheel bearings, sway bar bushings, tie rods ends, coil spring retainers, and spring perch kits. New rear leaf spring bushing and shackle kits, and air shocks on rear. Cooling: New radiator, hoses, and clamps. Brakes: Standard drum, new wheel cylinders, spring kits, pads, and new drums on the front. New dual resivoir master cylinder. Rear end: standard 8" open gear A/C : original underdash is still in tact, but pump and lines are no longer in the car Interior: Standard Black vinyl. New headliner, dash pad, carpet, door panels, arm rests, package tray, kick panels, scuff plates, instrument cluster bezel, original seat belts and floor mats. No tears in seats.
