Vehicle Detail
This is a V8 conversion S-10 Blazer. The body originated from North Carolina and is solid. I purchased the truck out of tennessee in 2007 and had it garaged for all but the last two months. The interior has been refinished by myself and is only needing minor details to finish. As far as the body, The paint is new, chrome is new and no dents. The project overall is not complete but I simply cannot finish it and I faced unemployment issues so unfortunatly it has to go. Engine Specs: SBC 400 .060" bore to 412 two bolt low porosity block. Aftermarket powdered pink rods, eagle cast steel crank, hypereutectic pistons with file-fit rings. Arp Main studs and Head studs, M55A high volume oil pump, performer aluminum heads, performer intake, holly 750 classic double pumper no choke. The cam was a custom grind from ramchargers, 490/289 (I have a spec sheet on the grind) flat tappet hydrolic with comp 1.6 rockers, high strength pushrods and stud girdles. Delco HEI ignition. Transmission: Custom built turbo 400 with super servo and 3200 stall converter Assembled Locally From U.S.A. Transmissions. Some sort of B&M ratchet shifter. High strength steel drive shaft with no loops. Rear end is a 4.10:1 with a spool so its a live axle. The truck is running and driving but as I said there are things that need attention just as you would expect from and hot rod project. I will attempt to link a youtube clip of the truck running and driving. Serious buyer can contact me at 1 248 977 8012.
