Vehicle Detail

I love this car and hate to sell it but I have too many toys and not enough time. This is an 86' 944turbo that just rolled over to 50k. Stage 2 lindsey racing chip all stock from there. It is faster than you expect and has no problem doing 150. All Porsche spec maintenance and beyond have been performed regularly. I use 20w50 full synthetic race oils like clockwork. I bought this car with 29k and have not had a single issue with it. It runs beautiful. shifts beautiful. Oil pressure reads like it should(there were some seal issues with the older turbos that resulted in loss of oil pressure....all this was changed out). Anyway, I'll list only the bad because the rest is solid as a rock. The sunroof gear is having an issue, you can still take the roof off, but for some reason the gear doesn't engage. There is a small section of wear on the drivers seat(maybe a 3" spot)...other than that the interior is pristine. There is a paint crack on the drivers door that is developing a cancer spot under the paint It needs to be fixed. I took it to a few body shops and got estimates of $450-$750 for the repair. Overall I'll give the paint a 7 out of 10. It still looks good and turns heads. Other than that one spot no major issues. Maybe a couple of very minor rock chips.. Everything else works like it should. For a couple grand this car could be in factory mint condition. Like I said I just don't have time for it. This car is awesome to drive. I also have aftermarket sound system. Infiniti top of the line all around, pioneer head unit. I'm Not a gangster and the sound is clean. But it could be adjusted if you want to be a gangster. No low ballers. If you know these cars, you know what they can do. They are NOT at all regular 944's. The price tag difference between the two in 1986 was 10k. well thanks for looking if you have questions feel free to ask. May I also add all belts and rollers were done @ 32k. All the oil seals were updated so oil pressure reads like it should. Some other stuff as well. Close to $8k in updating engine....bigger radiator. New headers. waterpump. timing belt. and a few more I think. Have receipt. Work was done by professional Porsche mechanic. I've never had any problems with this car other than a replacing a crank sensor. Other than that absolutely nothing.
