1997 red Kia Sephia LS 4-dr sedan, with 1.8L I4 EFI and 5-speed transmission. This car runs good, drives good, has cool air conditioning, and the transmission shifts good. The fan belt squeaks on take off, there is NO RADIO in this car, the paint is oxidized, peeling and faded over much of the vehicle, a lug nut is missing on the right front wheel, and the front two wheel covers are missing. Additionally, there appears to be a problem with the master cylinder or something to do with the brakes. On our test drives the car stopped good without problem most of the time, but occasionally the pedal would go to the floor and the brakes would go soft and not stop properly. The A/C vent is missing on the passenger side. There is a dent on the left front quarter panel, and a small dent on the right front quarter panel. The inspection is valid on this vehicle and expires August 2011. This vehicle was impounded by the Keene Police Department from a traffic stop in May 2011. The vehicle was being driven at the time of the traffic stop. The buyer will receive an "Auction Sales Receipt for an Abandoned Motor Vehicle Sold by a Law Enforcement Agency at Public Auction". There is no current registration on this vehicle. The vehicle will have to be towed or trailered from Keene PD - it can NOT be driven away unless a temporary tag is purchased or the buyer registers the vehicle. No delivery available. Buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle at the Keene Police Department. This vehicle is sold AS IS - NO WARRANTY.
