Original Owner, Non-Smoking, 2009 Smart Passion Cabriolet (Convertible). We love this car, but have four cars for two people, and something must go. It has never been wrecked, had any warranty issues, or any problems at all. The only defect that I am aware of is a couple of small scratches on the right front bumper corner. Overall, I would consider this car in Excellent condition. The tires of course only have 15,900 miles on them and look good. No tears or stains in the upholstry. It has never been smoked in. Great around town, and gets about 40 mpg. I will be listing this car locally, so it will be subject to prior sale.
