Vehicle Detail

This is a nice little MGB that only needs minor work to drive down the road. The exhaust has been replaced. The brakes work and have many new parts, but it has sat for a few years, so you might double check them to be safe. To drive now, it will need a new master cylinder for the clutch, which is a $40 part you can find on this site. The gauges all appear to work properly and even the radio works. It comes with a rare hard top and a soft top, but the soft top is red, so you will need the new canvas or will need to dye the existing one. It has its original spare wheel with the tire changing tools and jack. The leather strap is still in the trunk which holds the tools down. It is dry, but still pliable. It also comes with a nice roll bar, a luggage rack, and some other spare miscellaneous parts. The best thing about the car is how solid it is. There is no rust on the quarters, doors, rockers, fenders, hood, or decklid. There is some VERY light surface rust on the back of the quarters that will sand off easily NO RUST THROUGH ON QUARTERS. There is some light surface rust on the top of the trunk floor, that will also sand off. You can see from the underside photos that the trunk is not rusted through at all. There were some small pinholes on the floorboards that were repaired by the prior owner without having to cut and replace the floors. There is also a small dent on the back, where it appears the rear bumper was pushed into the rear panel, but the damage is not bad. I would replace the front and rear valence due to small damage on the bottom of each. They could be fixed without much problems, but the parts are cheap enough that it would be easier just to replace. The photos speak for themselves, but I will be happy to answer any and all questions. You can check my feedback and see that I am an honest seller. The title is clear and ready to transfer.
