1986 Chevy Corvette, original engine, 350 tuned port injection. Automatic. PS/PB/AC. Power windows and mirrors. XM Radio. C5 body conversion kit installed but unfinished. ZR1 Style wheels. Tinted sunroof. New Battery. New tires. Runs great. Needs body work finished. Includes many new and used original parts. I have not owned this car for very long. It started as a project for a friend who was not able to complete. I have decided I do not have the time to finish it either as I am working on other projects. The car runs excellent and would be a good project car for someone who can/wants to finish the body work. At this point the power windows are not working properly and the rear exhaust has not been converted to a C5 configuration. The last picture is a rendering of what my friend planned for the car. On Jun-18-11 at 12:15:56 PDT, seller added the following information: both doors all the way to the front needs to be trimmed in, and body seams adjusted. doors need glassed over blocked out- this is down the center of door panel where the conversion panel is attached, new lower panels behind front wheels need lined up to the hood above and where it meets the door, the hood has a small area near passenger side head lamp that is cracked, so it will need fiberglass repair, the nose will need finish work around turn signal lamps, these kits dont come ready to bolt on such things, according to the guy who put it on, he is a bodyman Honestly there is several thousand thousand worth of bodywork n paint remaining, electric windows need service, and the c5 tailpipe system needs installed, the interior is in great shape very nice except interior door panels are off, due to the c5 mirrors being bolted on but wiring not completed and speaker covers missing, pioneer speakers replaced the original bose ON A POSITIVE NOTE The car runs down the road great very fast, mechanically sound. And if it was done it would pretty much be a one of a kind corvette I also have the original miirors, nose piece and panels for in back of front wheels so it could be put back to the 86 model except to the back tail lite panel, Please do not bid on this if you are not truly interested. We are not interested in anyone who wants us to send them money for shipping and arrangements. We have seen this scam enough and are really just interested in selling the car to someone who wants it.
