1999 Ford Escort LX 4 Door Sedan 119,000 Miles on the body and transmission and a new Jasper engine with 33,000 miles on it. The car is good running condition with two large blemishes/ dents on the rear panels and some stains on the carpet (see pictures). The air conditioning is a hit-or-miss item on the car. I cannot determine why it does this, but it cools at random. The blower works great, but the A/C works when it wants to. New freon was just recently added. The front disc brakes were recently replaced, but the rear drums were not. New tires will be needed in the future. The E-brake cable needs to be replaced, but since this car is an automatic, it is not that big of a deal. I think thats all of the faults with the car. The Blue Book for the car, not including the $4K Jasper motor is $2600, so I am looking for anything from $2200-3400. Buyer can pick up the car locally or arrange for transportion needs. I can also drop off the car at Lambert International Airport if need be for no extra charge. A $500 deposit is due within 48 hours of auction closing on Paypal.
