Hi You are bidding on a 1964 Ford Fairlane 2dr Post Car it has a 260 V8 and is a 3 speed manual on the column it runs and drives. This car will make a great (THUNDERBOLT CLONE) it a super solid car. I took a picture of a THUNDERBOLT CAR it is the a 2 door post and is white just like I have for sale the 1 on ebay is up to 42k so will be a great car to make into the thunderbolt they sell all the parts. Here is some information about the car. Interior It is very complete I did take the original mat out of the car as it did not come with carpet.The door panels are in good shape, the seats in the car will need to redone as they are the original to the car. Floor Boards Are as nice as you will find super solid never has had any work done to them. This car will make a great project. Engine It is original it is a 260 V8 I did have a detail job, and it looks great very presentable. The motor sounds very soild and is quiet, It was all tuned up cap wires plugs completely all done, all the fluids were changed antifreeze rear end really gone thru etc. The carburetor was also rebuilt and plug wires and heater hoses were replace. Trunk It is solid and you will be very impressed as no work is needed I took pictures of it so hope you can tell by the pictures? The car is so impressive for being 47 years old has not repaired no patch panels or replacement parts . Exterior It is very good shape does have some issues in 1 of the quarters very fixable for sure nothing around the fender well. The other quarter I do not see any issues at all very solid I took a magnetic to it to be sure. The 2 front fenders have had some rust repair done to the lower part but they were very minor. The rest of the car is very solid the body of the car does have a few small dents and dings very minor. Trim It is very complete and for the most part in good shape there are a few pieces that will need to fixed or replaced. Tires They have probable at least 75% of the tread and the wheels are stock along with the hub caps very original car I have no reserve on the car so please bid to win this is a very solid car it was bought original in Denver Colorado. The car will make a great THUNDERBOLT CLONE as it is a post car and is the correct color.
