Up for sale is my 1999-2000 model truck that was purchased for errands and to tow an RV. I am moving out of state and will not need the truck - so the RV plans have been put on hold. This truck was purchased by me about 3 months ago and driven 2000+ miles since. No problems whatsoever - it is a great running truck - would not be afraid to jump in it and go to Florida, or California. Since purchasing the truck, I have done the following to it: Complete Tune-up including Plug wires and Plugs New front Shocks installed (monroe sensamatic) New Rear Shocks installed (Monroe Spring assist- so you can tow an RV with it) No Radio - harness ready for your own Replaced passenger speaker (driver one will need to be replaced soon) Mobil 1 Synthetic Oil - Excellent oil pressure Tires have about 4K on them now The truck does not have any major issues - here are a few of the issues I have come across: Gas Gauge works best in the middle - when full, it gives false reading of empty. When it gets to 1/4 - shows it is empty. Basically, I set the trip meter and when it gets to 400 mls, I get gas Muffler is rattling a little - only on startup - will need to be replaced soon Has dent in rear back door (3rd door) Passenger side Has dent in Rear passenger bed at bottom Tailight on driver side is cracked - will need to be replaced at some time Emergency Brake Cable needs to be replaced Every one in awhile - 4X4 switch throws a "service 4WD" warning - but that is because of the switch - real common problem on these trucks. Can be replaced - or resoldered to make go away 4X4 operates 100% and is not affected by this. Has tonneau cover, real clean interior and the 3rd door makes it easy to haul a crew or the kiddos. Seats adjust and it has a real nice ride. Drives down the road straight and good. Paint is nice and clean - glass is all good, no cracks or pits I have listed the good and bad - check my feedback - I dont have time for games. By buying this truck you accept it as-is where is - and at your own will. Have clear title in hand - bring cash and take her home.
